A firm favourite of mine, these pancakes are delicious, nutritious and are ready in no time!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of teff flour
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
- 2 medium organic eggs
- 1 cup of dairy-free milk (almond or cashew milk)
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds and you are done! To keep it dairy-free, fry in a little coconut butter. Otherwise a good quality butter works well – organic and grass-fed butter.
